"SLAVOX TRANS provided transportation services to MAGISTRAL TRANSPORT, but were not paid the agreed-upon sum of 750 euros. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, indicating a lack of professionalism and disregard for financial obligations. Supporting documentation was provided. Other carriers should exercise caution when working with MAGISTRAL TRANSPORT."
"This company is a scam. Management is deceptive and will exploit drivers, constantly taking advantage of them. Expect unfair penalties, hidden charges, and ultimately, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Avoid working here."
"I worked for this company for three stints. Many of the trucks are in terrible condition, with numerous error lights; when problems arise, the mechanic's first response is to disconnect the battery instead of repairing anything. Positive reviews are likely posted by company employees. There are several routes, including Hegelmann, which frequently involves trailer swaps and independent loading. They sometimes have pallet routes. Pay is unreliable; they may forget to pay a bonus of 300 euros. Once you leave, you risk not receiving money owed for previous months; I know at least three drivers who are owed between 200 and 700 euros. Relations are fine as long as you don't ask too many questions. There's night driving, and pallet loads on rest stops. Living conditions are dreadful, with up to 15 people crammed into a room, even sleeping on the floor. The company exploits young, inexperienced drivers. Fuel theft is a problem; if it happens in France, you essentially work at a loss. There ar"
"I've worked at this company for a long time, and I'm generally satisfied. There are always people who are never happy about something. The logistics managers are reasonable, all the trucks are Euro 6, and they helped me with my residency permit. I do long assignments, typically for six to nine months. It's a good company, don't hesitate."
"Avoid this company at all costs. The trucks are in terrible condition, with worn tires. Management is incompetent and doesn't pay salaries for up to three months. They withhold money after trips, fabricate reasons to avoid payment, and failed to send a debt repayment to a charity for Ukrainian soldiers. Any other company is better than this one."
"This company is consistently late with pay, often delaying payments by at least two months. Salary calculations are unclear, and drivers are pressured to meet unrealistic deadlines. New drivers start at €1500 and may wait a year to reach €1800. Many drivers leave due to the difficult conditions. It's best to avoid this company; even Hegelmann would be preferable."
"This company started well, but deteriorated significantly. Drivers experienced frequent unexpected stops, pallet exchanges, and pressure to drive excessively with little regard for rest. Dispatchers dictated driving and rest schedules, and routes were prioritized for speed. Truck maintenance was poor, with low-quality tires and potentially substandard fluids used. Pay has been delayed for months, while the company spends money on new vehicles. Drivers are sometimes transported to and from trucks in vans, and payment processing is convoluted and suspicious. There's a lack of transparency and pressure to sign unclear documents. Experienced drivers are replaced with cheaper labor. The company appears to be a shell organization with little real control. Overall, this is not a recommended employer."
"After contacting the company online, I was impressed by the manager's professionalism. They didn't make unrealistic promises about salary, stating earnings depend on performance. Document processing was surprisingly smooth and quick. Accommodation was decent. Overall, the experience has been positive so far, and I would recommend this company to drivers looking for work, acknowledging that no company is perfect."
