Ferry access is good, but they expect drivers to compensate for a 45-hour break. Frequent trailer swaps are common. They work drivers extremely hard with no regard for their well-being. Drivers must also pay 800 złoty for paperwork. No vacation or sick leave is paid. New drivers last only 1-2 months and leave. Avoid this company. They threaten current employees, saying they'll damage their reputation and prevent them from finding other work."

"Be cautious! The company offers pay of €100 per day for the first three months and €105 starting from the fourth month. However, they hide a detail: trucks are sent back to the base every two to three weeks, and downtime at the base is not paid. You may wait for loading in Radom for 45+ hours without compensation! In reality, out of 30 days, you only work 20. Hours are almost fully used. You work weekends. A schedule of 24+24+45 is common, with compensation in Poland."
