"I've been working here for 8 months and everything is good. A friend recommended the company. I occasionally extend trips by a day. The pay matches the initial agreement and sometimes includes a small bonus. The work is well-organized, and I have no complaints. The trucks and trailers are new, which is a big plus. I would recommend this company."
"I do not recommend this company. They deduct money for everything, and the actual salary is between 7,000 and 9,000. It's better to work for Girteka."
"A good company. Payments are fine, the trucks are new, and the work is well-organized. Recommended."
"My first job, and it was a negative experience! I was charged for documents, costing 2400 PLN. I haven't received a full salary once in four months of work! They deduct money for repairs, even though the trucks are old and worn out. They provide experience, but at what cost?"
"It appears they deduct fees from pay, potentially a significant amount (2800 PLN), and there may be deductions for minor items."
"A decent company. Not much better or worse than others. They treat people with respect, and if you're honest and hardworking, they treat you the same. Currently satisfied."
"I had no experience and started with this company. I worked for 5 months. The company is awful; for a 95 code, the pay ranged from 1800 to 4000 PLN. You can't reach anyone, they promise one thing and pay less. They withhold documents and the code upon resignation, demanding 2700 PLN to work it off. They force you to speed and drive on national roads. Vica, the hiring manager, is greedy. Maciej, the acting director, is a jerk. You can't prove anything to them; they do as they please and punish you. Ukrainian logistics personnel taught Poles how to treat drivers poorly. They threaten a 500€ fine for minor infractions. A terrible company. I don't recommend it."
"Having worked there for 1.5 years, it's a decent company for beginners. All trucks are Euro 6 and automatic. They deduct significantly from documents (I arrived with all my own). Adherence to tachograph regulations is entirely your responsibility. It's best to avoid working with Ukrainian dispatchers, as experiences vary greatly. Mileage and fuel overspending are not deducted. Salaries are paid. The attitude towards people has worsened significantly since 2018. The company is average; there are far worse ones. Don't expect much without experience and language skills – aim for €2000. Learn languages and laws, and you'll find happiness. Good luck."
