"After working for four months, I spent two months waiting for paperwork. During the two months I was actively working, the pay was low. Upon returning to the base, I was told the payment would be made later. Currently, drivers at the base have been waiting for three months for their pay, which the company says will be released upon arrival."
"Don't work for this terrible company! Read the reviews and watch YouTube videos to see how they deceive people. Avoid this scam company if you value your mental health."
"Worked for LUKMAZ. After three months on the road, I was sent back to the base, where my card only showed 100 euros. A woman named Galina immediately told me to unload and reload cargo into a van and switch drivers. When I asked about my salary for three months, I was told I'd receive it 'when the time comes.' Due to chronic non-payment, the company has issues attracting new drivers; they often ask you to work an extra month or two. Working without a visa for this company has become the norm. I do not recommend working for this company, even for experience; you won't get paid."
"Before accepting a position, read reviews carefully. I didn't, and after almost a year, things only got worse. Treatment felt like slavery, with constant deception and arguments over payments. They consistently invent fines and damages to deduct money. The work environment is toxic, with employees informing on each other to gain points for bonuses. The minimum contract length was arbitrarily extended. Be cautious before joining, as final pay may be withheld."
"This is a branch of the AGMAZ company. They share an address. Please read reviews of AGMAZ."
