There's no pallet exchange, typically only one load and unload per run, and very few re-assignments. Routes are mostly in Italy, Germany, and Austria."

"Worked for this company for 5 years. The last 2 years were unbearable due to the treatment of drivers, the manager's deception, and deductions from wages for everything imaginable. Constant driving to maximize hours, with 90 hours every two weeks. Don't expect a salary of 12-15; the real salary, as reported by employees, is between 7,500 and 10,000. I stayed for 5 years because management promised a raise upon leaving, which lasted only one month. I would advise management to value their employees.
