"We've been working here with my husband for a year and it's been a great experience. If you work well, there are no complaints. The team is wonderful, and Edwardas and Lina always help resolve issues on the road. They don't deduct for scratches or mirrors; parts are provided. They round the pay in favor of the driver, and home time is as promised. The office staff are all friendly and welcoming. If there are issues, it's usually due to driver error."
"The director is good. There's a lot of work to do, and I received my full salary without any issues."
"Do not work here. You'll waste your time. The pay is extremely low; you'll be lucky to earn $1400 a month. They deduct around €400 for nonexistent fines from the very beginning. The boss is greedy and unwilling to negotiate. The routes are terrible. Don't believe what they say about the pay. It's not worth working long hours without sleep for $1400 when you can easily find a job elsewhere earning at least $2000 while maintaining proper work-rest schedules."
"After working at this company for almost a year, I can say that..."
"My time with this company recently ended. I lasted 2 months and confirm everything previously mentioned. Things are getting worse daily. Routes are 14-15 days long, with 7 loads. At the borders, they're being targeted and hassled. There are also money problems. Only 2 runs a month, earning $980 gross. Getting paid is difficult; they create obstacles to delay payments, only offering small advances. They didn't pay my final salary, inventing excuses. They stated we are second-class citizens and deserve to be paid less. Avoid this company!"
"Drivers from Kharkiv express deep gratitude for the assistance provided to their families during evacuation from Ukraine and for the support received in Lithuania."
"Pay is based on mileage, with double crews and pallet exchanges. The director is rude to drivers. Consider carefully - this wasn't a good fit for me; it's the worst I've experienced."
"Do not work with this company under any circumstances. Drivers are fully responsible, the trucks are in very poor condition and not maintained, and drivers are responsible for all repairs. Expect long waits for loads, potentially weeks, without pay. Expect excessive passport stamps per trip, and drivers are liable for any damages. It's a disorganized company; avoid it. Pay is based on mileage, paid in cash, and violates labor laws."
"I've been working here for almost 2 years and everything is fine! Relationships with everyone are good as long as you treat them with respect and they treat you the same."
"After working here for almost a year, I have a positive impression. Payments are reliable, the routes are well-established, there's plenty of work, and management has a good attitude towards drivers. Overall, those who want to work will earn money, while those looking for flaws will only find them."
"Worked here for over a year. They always pay in full, and the attitude is good. There's no pressure, you drive calmly, and the main thing is to do your job, and everything will be fine."
"Longlita's advertised pay of €2000 is misleading; actual earnings are closer to €1400 with a team driver, averaging 15,000 km/month. Payments are often delayed and sometimes withheld, even upon termination. Trips take 8-14 days or longer. There's no compensation for downtime. Vehicle maintenance is poor, with repairs potentially taking weeks due to parts sourced from Lithuania. Drivers frequently experience delays crossing Poland. Rest breaks are poorly managed. Paid parking is discouraged, and amenities are limited. Some positives include access to a car wash and minimal issues with extended parking pauses."
