When empty, I park where I want, but if the area seems dangerous (France, Belgium), I can go to a truck stop without penalty. Communication with dispatchers is minimal; all work assignments come through a tablet and are clear. There's no pressure to rush, and you have time to work and earn. Loading/unloading is straightforward – open the gate, approach the ramp, load, unload, seal, and go. Time spent in the truck is negotiable. I needed to return to the Czech Republic weekly for personal reasons, wanting one day off and one workday, and my dispatcher resolved this without issue. The company fosters a positive, collegial atmosphere."

They hire anyone, the trucks and trailers break down frequently, issues aren't disclosed, trailer changes aren't communicated, pay is below average, the van configuration is a minor benefit, there's no real base, only a place to safely sleep in the cab. All necessities like laundry, showers, and food are handled on the road. There are three locations resembling a base, but lacking showers and restrooms. Weekends are spent on the road, and while they sometimes allow home time, it's reluctant and pay is reduced for trips to the Czech Republic. The company is struggling with high prices and freight rates, making it unsuitable for current living costs."
