"Be warned, drivers considering UAB Gulija and UAB LitCarrier, owned by Yaroslav Voynovich, are likely to experience deception. Initially, promises are made, but payment issues quickly arise. Drivers are blamed for problems and face fines for minor infractions. They may be charged excessive fees simply for being hired. The promised salary is significantly lower than advertised. Typical routes are poorly compensated, and per diems are not paid. Attempts to receive payment are met with fabricated documents demanding signatures. There are reports of theft, intimidation, and threats by the owner and a dispatcher. Police involvement did not resolve the situation, and the owner alluded to political connections. Numerous others have already sued this company."
"I want to warn all drivers about UAB LITCARRIER. I've never encountered such lawlessness, rudeness, and incompetence. This company is a scam, and they proved it themselves. I worked for them for two weeks, which was enough to understand everything and quit. I only received my salary through a lawsuit I won, even though they sued me. I also won a complaint I filed with the labor commission. Apparently, they think they can take advantage of drivers coming from Belarus. But that didn't happen. As mentioned in other reviews, the director and manager consider themselves gods and treat drivers like slaves. I do not recommend working for this company. If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, I advise them not to be afraid and to fight for their rights in all instances. These terrible employers need to be put in their place and respect other people's work."
"I joined this company on a friend's recommendation; the location in Vilnius is convenient. As a relatively small company, it has a good atmosphere."
"This company is highly problematic. They deduct 500 euros upfront as a deposit, which they never return. Trucks lack basic tools, forcing drivers to purchase them. Fuel consumption is unfairly calculated, leading to significant deductions. Drivers are responsible for repairs and damages. One driver was even denied pay until he personally returned the truck to the company, despite proper handover documentation. The director ultimately paid a fraction of the owed wages and was dismissive. This company doesn't treat drivers with respect."
