"This company is poorly managed. Payments are consistently late, often consisting of advances against outstanding debts. Drivers frequently need to visit the office daily to inquire about payment. The owner is based in Ukraine, and there are constant financial issues, delayed client payments, and falling rates. Drivers are often required to pay for fuel, broker fees, and parking out of pocket, with reimbursement uncertain. Recent pay cuts have occurred, and timely payments remain a problem. Trucks are often in poor condition, with limited maintenance. Service is only provided when there's a major breakdown. I would only recommend this company for driver training."
"I completely agree with the previous review. The company is exploiting the situation in Ukraine to reduce pay. The boss, Roman, is dividing the daily rate based on the hours spent in the truck. Commuting to and from the truck is no longer considered work. The electronic queue system at the border has been a windfall for him. Drivers can wait a week at home without pay, whereas before they were compensated for waiting."
"This company is a complete disaster. The manager, Roman K., lies and deceives regarding payments and treats vehicles as if they belong to someone else. He constantly has financial problems, even for vehicle repairs. Punctuality of salary payments is nonexistent; he's likely saving up for his next apartment. You won't earn money here, only ruin your nerves. They hire anyone who can walk and talk, but it's a trap. The only positive aspects are Mariana from Ivano-Frankivsk and Serhiy from the Polish office."
