"Unfortunately, Leo Trans no longer exists. It's been replaced by another company, Dziad Trans, where the company's problems are passed on to the drivers. Drivers pay for insurance, are charged for fuel consumption, and are penalized for refueling in France. Drivers are pressured to write false CMR documents, hide them, or face charges, and to manipulate DKV box settings in Germany to avoid road tolls."
"Leo Trans was a very reasonable company to work for. They handle all paperwork, including medical exams and work contracts. Drivers receive regular training and are kept informed. Dispatchers were generally good, and I rarely worked night shifts. They also offer C-category work. The company values its employees and pays on time, although payments are in cash. Advances are available after 10 days of work. Overall, I recommend the company, especially if you listen to the supervisors and dispatchers."
"This company is one of the best I've worked for! Management is understanding and resolves issues effectively, always respectful and transparent. They handle all paperwork and provide training. Conditions change with advance notice. While communication is primarily in Polish, understanding can be achieved. Dispatchers don't pressure drivers, and respect driving regulations. The fleet is being updated with Iveco Daily trucks, serviced by dealers or their own shop. Drivers receive a GPS and phone with 5GB of data. The team is friendly and mainly comprised of Ukrainian, Polish, and Belarusian workers. The only downsides are monthly cash payments and the need to deviate from the route."
