"I worked at this company for about two years but left primarily due to the dismissive attitude of the managers and deputy director. It's difficult to understand how to work with managers like Kestutis and Aurimas. Getting through to Deputy Orienta to resolve work issues is extremely difficult. However, manager Rokas is great!"
"I worked at this company for exactly six months. Everything previously mentioned is true. However, I want to remind everyone that we are all workers, and how do you expect to be treated? People focus on the company's shortcomings, but they don't mention how employees damage property in the apartments the director bought for drivers to avoid hostels. They also don't mention how to properly handle the excellent trucks. Those who work honestly and well have no complaints. I've worked for six companies, and I have experience to compare. I left due to the mobile package schedule: 4 weeks working, 2 weeks at home. I live 2300 km from the office. It's the best company I know."
"I worked at this company for almost 5 years and, despite being an experienced driver, I couldn't handle the environment. The director, Jonas Pudzhemis, micromanages relentlessly, sending constant messages. Managers like Andrius and Karina are unprofessional and rude. One manager even made derogatory comments about drivers' nationalities. The company's deputy director, Orienta, is the only person holding things together. Mechanics are decent but blame drivers for any damage. While the company provides uniforms and supplies, conditions are deteriorating. There are issues with pay discrepancies and accusations of theft. It's a degrading experience despite being called the company's 'most important asset.'"
"The truck fleet is good, with timely maintenance, tire changes, and washing. Earnings are paid on time, the same day reports are submitted. There's a bonus system for fuel savings, experience, and safe driving. However, any scratches, damage, fuel theft, or discrepancies are charged to the driver. The company has an eco-driving program, and management pressures drivers to perform well. Two accidents within a year can result in reduced pay. Management varies in quality, with some being good and others being difficult."
