"I worked there for eight months in 2013. The boss was incredibly greedy, and breaks were taken at open truck stops to allow for quick loading and unloading. When I mentioned seeing work on pallets, he seemed shocked, as he expected only flatbed hauling and sleeping on a flatbed. The fuel norms were unrealistic, and he lacked any understanding of transportation and driving."
"I've been with this company since the beginning of 2012, almost 10 years now, and I'm only just learning about fuel norms. The boss knows how much fuel the trucks use, so there's no opportunity to cheat. It seems most current employees don't care, as it's dealt with on the 10th of each month. Work and driving hours are a priority, so new trucks were purchased to ensure compliance. We used to take breaks at open truck stops, following the practice of French and German companies, which I suggested. I feel compelled to address this open truck stop issue, which is why I'm writing here, but I don't want to read further. Those concerned about the company's condition likely know the base's address, as they are former employees and could verify my statements. The phone numbers seem reasonable."
"The contact is amazing, but there are significant issues with gas and potential problems with deliveries. Many people are struggling, and there are concerns about safety and inspections. Drivers should respect themselves, and those responsible should be held accountable."
"I would not recommend this company. While they do pay, the overall experience is quite negative."
"The yard staff's singing was a distraction, followed by a chaotic situation and unsafe winter conditions. The dispatcher was unresponsive and pay was extremely low (7,500 in 30 days), with the company cutting corners everywhere. I strongly advise against working here."
"I agree with everything mentioned above; I'm leaving as quickly as possible. The dispatcher is unbelievable, a highway thief. I suggest having the Mercedes wheels removed and sent to Kenya for black people to wash gold, and the trucks used as motorcycle pumps. Expenses are only for oil and filters because the dispatcher removes trailers and wheels, turning them into a warehouse. Swiss people arrive to collect gold bars; it's not worth the energy to deal with this person."
"I support everything, but the trucker on the highway in France is problematic. Maximum cabotage is allowed, but they don't pay for vacation or overtime. The employment contract is poor."
"This person clearly doesn't understand the realities of a driver's job. The owner seems to enjoy drivers struggling with fuel costs and relies on a disastrous dispatch service. The company's future looks bleak, and I wouldn't recommend it."
"I worked with Sosna, who collaborates with LIT, which barely qualifies as profitable. He doesn't know how to do his job, spreads misinformation on the yard, drives in in a Peugeot looking for wire or grease. Once, a Ukrainian driver stopped, and two old tires were used – ancient, claiming he replaced one but would drive with the other. That was a sign to leave. He has nothing, once gave me an Actros that had never been to a service center, installed gas for an unknown reason, only driving in France with no roads. I don't recommend it. He once took pictures of a distributor at a gas station in Głogów and said, "See, Krzysztof, you brought 80 liters to the base." There's an ongoing issue being addressed via email, which is taking longer due to COVID. Sosna cheated me out of at least 10,000. There will be more of us. Now I see his wife in the ad. K. S., you're already finished. I wanted to work things out, it's true."
