"The recruiter, Rebecca, initially lies about working conditions to attract drivers. There are no deductions, but the company doesn't follow regulations or promote eco-driving. The pay starts at €80-€85 per day, but the reality is much different. Most drivers are from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and India, and even they leave after 1-3 months for significantly higher pay. Drivers are treated like cheap labor, with deductions for fuel and other expenses. Drivers must purchase their own tablets, fuel gauges, clothing, and boots. Travel expenses are €20 per day for 4 days, not the promised €80. There's high turnover. This company is only recommended for those seeking a visa or residency permit, as a stepping stone to better-paying companies that pay immediately, unlike this company's 2-4 month payment schedule. Experienced drivers wait up to 3 months. There's a month of theory training, followed by a month of practical training and an exam, which drivers often fail, forcing them to retake it a"
"This company is no better than Higelman. If you're looking for work, avoid this company. They always blame the driver for everything."
"It seems many comments are from people who don't even know how to get to the office. Talk to colleagues who have worked at Kreis for at least two years to get a better understanding. The company delivers on its promises regarding pay, but other aspects are up to the individual."
"I've been working here for 2 years. There are pros and cons, but I'm personally satisfied. I haven't had any unfair deductions. If you do your job well, everything is fine. Management is always accommodating, and the staff is friendly. There are no issues."
"I've worked at Kreiss for 5 years. They offer training if needed. Expenses are always an issue; there are deductions for fuel discrepancies and damage to the truck and trailer. Some people blame the company when they make mistakes and are upset about not being paid, claiming everything is bad. It's not amazing, but it's better than other companies."
"I worked at Kreiss for almost 5 years and only remember good things. It's a good company for both beginners and experienced drivers. If you want to earn money, this company is perfect. All the working conditions were excellent."
"The company used to be decent, but it's only gotten worse in the last two years. Competent people are leaving, and things aren't the same as they once were. The planning and layout could be improved, similar to Girteka. Overall, it's declining."
"This company doesn't regularly hire new drivers, only for minimal experience. Many long-term drivers (6-10+ years) have left, stating the company has significantly declined. It's a large operation with many managers who pressure and fine drivers. When issues arise, no one takes responsibility or resolves them. Office staff seem to prioritize their own positions and salaries over the drivers' well-being."
"I advise getting your truck driving license in Lithuania. The schedule is 2/1, and the pay is a bit better. Avoid large companies like Girteka, Finejas, Motusbona, Hoptrans, Transtira, and similar ones. Ideally, look for companies with 1 to 20 trucks. I've heard that companies in the Czech Republic are starting to hire from Ukraine and offering residency permits for two years."
"This company is definitely not for experienced drivers. It's a disorganized mess and scammers; you won't receive your full salary even if you perform well."
"After two years, there are pros and cons, but overall I'm satisfied. Pay is between 55-70 euros depending on the route. It's not perfect, but it's a workable job. Promised salary is paid on time, usually within 6 working days. Deductions can occur for things like tire damage. They provide bonuses for fuel efficiency. I'd give it a 4 out of 5."
"Drivers earn around 68 euros per day for European routes, with potential bonuses for fuel efficiency. Earnings vary depending on experience and work ethic. The company has a long-standing workforce, with low turnover. Those who leave and return don't advertise it. Good workers are often accommodated. The company caters to many drivers and addresses their concerns. Overall, Kreiss reflects the individual driver's approach and work attitude."
"As of January 19th, Kreys has been prohibited from conducting domestic transport in Norway due to violations of Norwegian laws regarding minimum cabotage wages."
"Why are there so few reviews of this company? It's very suspicious."
