"I agree with Roma. There were delays of 200 [units, likely referring to mileage or time], they control expenses, they installed gas which became a new problem. Sasha said he submitted a request but didn't actually do it. Documents were returned without issues. There's been no payment (diet money) in cash."
"Warning: They don't pay the final salary upon departure and previously cut the salary for flimsy reasons. I'll have to fight them in court to get my money. A terrible company!"
"The company frequently withholds final paychecks, holding them hostage until additional work is completed. They penalized me with a 1500 PLN fine for being late returning from vacation, and the overall experience was extremely negative."
"The manager is dishonest and a liar. He constantly monitors fuel consumption, suspecting theft, which is a tactic to defraud drivers."
"The company is mediocre, scoring 5 out of 10. Management frequently tries to fabricate penalties, particularly regarding fuel, with unrealistic norms. Even when you work diligently, you end up paying for fuel yourself. There's one problematic individual named Sasha, who is dishonest and unreliable; he's the worst I've ever encountered. Initial visa pay is $6500, then $7000, $4500 for training, $200 for accommodation, and the base conditions are poor. Think carefully before joining."
"I want to reiterate my experience with Kozaryn. I was shorted 2500 PLN in salary. I filed a complaint with PIP, and their response indicated I signed a receipt for salary payment, so everything is supposedly fine. It appears Kozaryn is even forging driver signatures. Be cautious. I strongly do not recommend this company."
"Worked at this company for 6 months. Initially earned 4500 zlotys for a month as an intern, then 6000. With a voivodeship visa, the rate is 7000 zlotys. Salary is paid on the 10th to a card, with the rest in cash. Weekends are spent at the base in Poland. Usually one weekend is on the road, the other at the base. Free accommodation is provided at the base (internet, laundry, parking for shoes). The 500 zlotys mentioned by Sergey is true, but it's given with the first salary as a deposit. When returning home, half the salary is also left as a deposit. When I quit (working in Ukraine), everything was paid in full. Half the salary arrived on my card a month later, after I was already home. I was a bit worried they would abandon me, but they settled up. Ukrainians mainly drive Atego trucks. In my opinion, this is not a bad company. Itβs possible to work there. There are quirks, but where arenβt there? P.S. Regarding Sasha. Sasha is a dispatcher and lives in Poland with his family. Ukrainia"
"The dispatcher Sasha is a liar, constantly deducting money without justification. The truck broke down shortly after I received it, leading to late delivery charges of 1300-1500 zΕoty. They withheld my documents and test results. I had to travel from Lutsk to GorzΓ³w Wielkopolski twice for paperwork and payment, totaling almost 4000 km. Promised salary of 6500 zΕoty was never received; I consistently earned less than 4800 zΕoty. They withheld half of my vacation pay and charged a 500 zΕoty fee before hiring."
"The company attempted to unfairly charge me for insurance losses due to a minor incident. I threatened legal action and union involvement, which they seemed to fear. I left the company, but received full payment. I advise documenting all CMRs, work plans, and recording conversations with management."
