"This is a good company. I've worked here for a long time and am very satisfied. The trucks aren't new, but they are in good condition, although some previous drivers have left them in a mess (I can send photos if you're interested, showing the cleanliness and order left behind, and the scratches where riders have damaged the vehicles). The boss is a great person and offers help when needed, as long as you haven't messed up yourself. Replacement drivers are handled well, with an 8-week code period, but earlier resolutions are possible. Payments are always on time, with no delays. I admit that sometimes you need to work hard, but it's rare. Overall, it's a good company."
"This is a good company to work for. It's not a training center. If you're a skilled driver and want to earn well and on time, you're welcome. I've been working here for almost five years and have nothing negative to say. The trucks aren't new, but they're well-maintained, and if anything happens, you go to a service center or the base in Lithuania. There are now two new trucks. The boss is good and always tries to help. Cadences are from 8 weeks and as much as you want. If you need it urgently, he'll change it sooner. Sometimes there's a delay in replacement, but that's due to taxi drivers who don't warn when they quit. After the cadence, you go home with a zero balance. There are no petty arguments, unless it's something very serious. We drive like all Lithuanian companies on all roads. Highways are more common than other roads. Overall, the company is excellent, as is the salary. Drivers from Lithuania, Belarus, and Ukraine are employed. If you have experience and want to work and ea"
"This is a good company. I worked there for over 5 years and would continue if not for visa issues. The fleet is relatively small, around 20 trucks, and they aren't new, but well-maintained. Repairs are handled by European service centers or a Lithuanian base, so you don't do your own maintenance. Driver changes typically involve 2-3 people. Trucks are parked close together when possible. Cadence is around 8 weeks. Pay was reliable, though there were some issues during the pandemic. Management doesn't push drivers excessively; if you follow regulations, there are no problems. Drivers aren't forced to work beyond their limits. Some drivers may manipulate hours, but overall, the work averages 6 hours with a break at 5 PM. Routes varied, mostly on highways. The director is excellent and helpful. There are no deductions unless you receive a penalty or damage the truck. The manager (director's son) is also good, always available for assistance and answers calls late at night. Payroll is very"
"The director doesn't allow drivers home for three months at a time, penalizes them for minor scratches, the trucks are old, cleaning supplies aren't provided, the cabs are terrible, and drivers are pushed to work so much they don't have time to eat. Think carefully before accepting a position here."
"I advise avoiding this company. There's a high turnover rate, with 7-9 drivers leaving within six months. There's no respect for drivers; they're treated like laborers. The truck fleet consists of Scania G and R models with over 800,000 km, often in poor condition. There are paid services for work permits and tax fraud. Deductions are made for minor scratches, and the director is stingy, even withholding gloves. They deduct for pension funds, and replacements are difficult to find due to high turnover. Drivers are pressured to exceed driving limits, and international routes are prioritized. Route changes are at the company's discretion, and you may be sent to undesirable locations. Overall, there are numerous issues."
"I strongly advise avoiding this company. Some drivers get top-line equipment, while others get older vehicles. There are issues with replacements, and deductions are excessive. Expect to work until the very last minute, and equipment maintenance is lacking. Overall, expect a chaotic experience."
"The trucks are old and poorly maintained, requiring constant repairs. The director is erratic and changes assignments frequently, leading to long work hours (12-14 per day for 6-8 weeks). The company is stingy with supplies and the truck interiors are in terrible condition. Fuel efficiency expectations are unrealistic. Trailers are also problematic. The trucks have modifications, and some have bizarre, makeshift interior features."
