"After a year with this company, the promised daily rate and bonus were lower than initially stated over the phone. Bonuses are based on fuel economy and eco-driving. Drivers are hired as contractors, paid at the end of their contract upon returning the truck. Vehicle inspections are excessively strict, often finding issues to deduct funds. Drivers working routes near the borders (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia) don't receive higher rates. Dispatchers frequently pressure drivers to take jobs, and drivers pay for the mandates. Deliveries are primarily to construction sites, sometimes requiring drivers to unload the trailer, load the truck, and then reload the goods. Driving in Austria involves using land bridges. Fuel costs are the driver's responsibility. The dispatcher, Pavlo, controls fueling, and resolving issues with management is no longer possible. My final payment was minimal despite a clean record. Consider carefully before joining."
"They deduct for fuel consumption. Routes primarily involve local roads, rarely highways. The trucks are older, with few new models, but the company wants drivers to meet standards on the newer vehicles."
