"Working for this company felt like aging 100 years. I've been driving for over 10 years, and I've never experienced such deception. Avoid the contract; they lure you with high rates but the reality is around $60. The equipment is as described by others – it's clearly very basic. They make it impossible to get home, and it feels like they're taking advantage of drivers. I don't want to jump between companies either."

"This company is terrible. They offer two cooperation options: a contract with a salary of 9000 if you work hard, and a B2B contract with a daily rate of 100 euros, but only 50 euros if you're parked. There's a black market deduction for uneconomical driving. They expect you to drive 14,000 kilometers per month and pay taxes on a 11,000 zloty salary. No vacations or sick leave are provided. The base hotel is a mess, and you have to beg to stay there. Drivers are treated worse than animals, and if something goes wrong, the driver is always to blame. Getting a bonus for training new drivers requires being in the top eco drivers for three months. Communication is impossible, and nobody cares. Asking why your salary is lower than expected is met with confidentiality. Just because there's no night driving doesn't mean you won't drive at night without additional pay. Pallet replacement is becoming more common. The cargo is like garbage, full of pests, wood, and fresh hides from the slaughterh"

"The company is decent, offering work in Poland while waiting for paperwork. Expect daily loading and unloading. Pay in Poland is around 8,000 zΕ‚oty. European pay varies depending on how often you return to Poland and the base, as rates are lower there. The base, once a nice hotel, has deteriorated into a place with excessive drinking and fighting. Some drivers have left due to the behavior of colleagues. The company seems to tolerate this group. Breathalyzer checks are easily bypassed. Pros include newer trucks and work availability. "I tried to get hired with this company in January 2023. During the hiring paperwork process, I discovered many hidden fees that drivers shouldn't be responsible for. The company presents it in a way that drivers agree to pay these fees, which are then deducted from their salary. Even after discussing this with management, nothing changed. I left. They falsely claim drivers are on leave. Vehicles are sometimes reassigned to colleagues, leaving the driver stranded for a week. Job assignments suddenly disappear. The company tracks driver hours and penalizes lateness. Many drivers are leaving due to non-payment or unfair compensation in Poland.
