"A decent company where I learned a lot. Like everywhere, there are pros and cons. I would recommend them."
"This family-run company expects drivers to also function as mechanics. The truck fleet includes older Volvos with high mileage, Renaults, and Mercedes trucks in poor condition. There are frequent driver turnovers. Drivers are penalized for vehicle issues, even with photos as proof, and deductions can be substantial. New hires are not taken on as trainees, with a very short orientation period. Pay is inconsistent with fluctuating promises and a deposit is required. Work involves frequent trailer changes and ADR loads, with fuel costs being deducted. The overall experience is unpredictable and stressful."
"Working for Marcin in category C on an Atego. Started with a 1000 zł security deposit that they promise to return eventually, but no one has received it yet. Mostly double crews (and it's rough on a small Atego). Loading and unloading primarily occurs at magnetic locations during your nine-hour rest period, resulting in 18-hour driving days. There's little sleep or food, and you're expected to load/unload and continue driving. Detailed documentation of the vehicle's condition upon receipt is crucial, or you won't be able to prove anything later. Driver treatment is poor, with attempts to exaggerate minor issues. The quick settlement upon exit was a positive."
"After reading reviews, I'm hesitant to work for this company. I've learned a lot about Polish drivers, and some negative experiences have made me distrustful. It's best to avoid a company if you disagree with their methods, regardless of what someone like Marcin says."
"Driving a seven-ton truck for 200 zł per day is awful! There's a lot of driving, and payments are often delayed. Loading is done with magnets. Returning home can mean waiting three months before being called back to work, as they prioritize training new drivers. Experienced drivers don't stay long. Forget about getting a 1000 zł deposit back!"
