"Worked at this company for 3 years. I intended to leave much sooner, but circumstances prevented it."
"KIGAR in Goleniow promised starting pay of 2100 plus 50 groszy per kilometer. Trucks were advertised as Euro 6 with paid training, hiring drivers with no European experience. Reality was different: the starting bonus wasn't paid, trucks were Euro 4-5 Mercedes and MAN models in poor condition. Maintenance is neglected, with constant delays. The month-long training pays only 1500 złoty. Experienced drivers earn 5000-7000 złoty. High turnover of trainees due to deductions for minor issues. The company withholds pay and doesn't issue work permits, instead providing temporary residency permits. Drivers frequently switch trucks and handle their own unloading without recognition. Expect delays for paperwork, no code 95 training, and occasional operation without proper documentation. Accommodation is provided but with a 500 złoty deduction. The manager, Piotr Slevinski, drives a new BMW."
"I arrived and will update you after I try it out."
