"The company is decent and workable. It's a small, family-run business. I worked here for a year, and if it weren't for family circumstances, I would have continued. Pay was raised and always paid on time and in full. There were no deductions, even with extra mileage and fuel consumption. The main drawback is the old trucks with high mileage, but the boss tries to keep them in working order. There were never any problems with repairs; parts were always repaired or replaced (tires). They look for the cheapest repair places, so you sometimes have to drive there if possible. The routes are primarily on transit or you drive throughout the EU with your own trailers. England is not included, Switzerland is rare, depending on the line you work. Regarding hours of service, violations are naturally prohibited. If you violate them, it's your problem. The dispatcher uses Google Maps for routes, but as drivers, you should use your own judgment."
"The company is generally decent. Don't believe what they say about deductions. The pay isn't great, but it's reliable. Trucks are old and have been in accidents, but repairs are done if you ask. It's a fairly relaxed environment with minimal issues. There are occasional paperwork errors, but it's understandable. I've been working here for three years."
"This company is like a gamble. You might have a year of trouble-free work, or you could lose €1500 from the very beginning. It's a family-run business."
"This company is awful! It's run by a family of schemers. They have Scania and Mercedes trucks, but there's no maintenance. They charge for everything possible, and the driver is always to blame. Routes are planned using Google Maps (as if for passenger cars), resulting in excessive mileage upon return, which drivers must pay for. Fuel is also a constant issue. No driver has ever left the company quietly, always with a confrontation. The largest deduction from a driver, Oleg, was €2600, falsely attributed to him. Overall, expect constant underpayment and headaches."
