The main drawback is the old trucks with high mileage, but the boss tries to keep them in working order. There were never any problems with repairs; parts were always repaired or replaced (tires). They look for the cheapest repair places, so you sometimes have to drive there if possible. The routes are primarily on transit or you drive throughout the EU with your own trailers. England is not included, Switzerland is rare, depending on the line you work. Regarding hours of service, violations are naturally prohibited. If you violate them, it's your problem. The dispatcher uses Google Maps for routes, but as drivers, you should use your own judgment."
