"The company was initially decent with around 30 trucks, employing Lithuanian and Belarusian drivers. However, after a change in management to a Ukrainian national named Sergei, the situation deteriorated rapidly. Many drivers left, and the company started favoring Ukrainian employees, providing them with newer trucks while long-standing Lithuanian drivers received older, high-mileage vehicles. Maintenance is neglected, and drivers are pressured to work excessive hours. The management is clueless about proper rest regulations, and there are issues with pay, with days sometimes being deducted. Communication is poor, and a €700 deposit is required. Drivers are pressured to take vacation time when at home, and tax refunds are not available for Belarusian employees. Replacement vehicles are in terrible condition, even catching fire. Overall, the company prioritizes the owner's bonus over driver welfare, and the management is unprofessional."

"Since Sergey from Ukraine became director, the company has become very similar to Girteka. He doesn't understand work schedules, and issues arose when they started working with Delamode. The expedition forces drivers to violate rest periods, and if they follow the rules, Sergey may fire them. They also fail to pay for extra days and deduct money for parking. Before, the company was excellent, with Lithuanian and Belarusian employees. Now, drivers are leaving in large numbers. He hires his Ukrainian associates, gives them new trucks and trailers, while older drivers, even Lithuanians, are overlooked. Maintenance is neglected, and fuel is siphoned. They deduct money when cards are stolen. He tries to impress the owner by cutting costs. Drivers rarely see him and have trouble reaching him."

"Since 2020, the company was excellent with great conditions and respect for drivers. However, after Sergey joined in June 2021, everything fell apart. Payments became unreliable, drivers weren't replaced on time, and truck maintenance was neglected, resulting in old, dirty, and poorly maintained vehicles. New dispatchers forced drivers to violate work and rest rules, often working excessive hours. Drivers were threatened with pay deductions for non-compliance. The shuttle bus was in terrible condition, prone to breakdowns and posing safety risks. Drivers had to pay for uniforms and supplies, and were not reimbursed for auto tolls. Supplies like windshield washer fluid were insufficient. Minimum and regular payments were delayed, and Sergey stopped responding to inquiries about payment issues, stating the company was losing money. When drivers faced problems, Sergey showed no interest. Many drivers left after Sergey's deceptive practices, and the company declined rapidly."
