"This company is awful. Pay is off the books and unpredictable, routes are often inconvenient, and communication with dispatch is difficult. Expect long waits for paperwork, unpaid meals, limited access to stores, and delayed training. Visa application fees are not reimbursed, and port wait times are excessive. Training may be provided without proper documentation, potentially leading to fines. Some trainees don't even get to drive. The only positives are the showers, toilets, laundry, and free AdBlue/windshield washer fluid. The company is run by a family, and only experienced drivers get the newer Volvos."

"While there's nothing majorly negative to say, pay has dropped to 3500-4000 PLN over the last six months. Previously, even with some regulatory violations, earnings were 8000-9000 PLN, but now it's strictly based on clean runs. There's significant downtime, and pay is based on Hamburg-Poland routes; empty miles aren't paid. Downtime isn't counted, aside from a fixed 800 PLN monthly deduction. Drivers sometimes wait for 7-10 days with 7-12 trucks in Hamburg. The impact of German 45-hour bag checks is uncertain. Fuel expenses are straightforward, and there are no unjustified deductions. It's a decent option for beginners. The fleet is mostly tired but generally reliable Volvo Euro 5 trucks, with about five Euro 6 models. There's turnover and about half the trucks are parked without drivers."

"This company specializes in container transport between Poland and Hamburg. Drivers pick up containers in Poland (loaded with pellets), transport them to Hamburg for export (paid 350 zł regardless of the container size), and then return to Poland. Importing containers from Hamburg to Poland costs 700 zł, with a round trip earning 1050 zł. Drivers complete 4-5 trips per month, but are penalized 1000 zł. Payments are made in cash, avoiding bank transfers. There is no health insurance, the truck fleet is aging, and frequent stops at the base are essentially for repairs, sometimes weekly. Drivers are charged 600 zł for being re-hired. The mechanic, Andrey, is known for unfairly deducting fuel costs. Upon returning home for vacation, drivers are required to pay 1000 zł. The company now recruits drivers through agencies, making false promises about salaries, leaving some drivers waiting up to two weeks for assignments. Drivers must purchase their own food and use their own vehicles. While th"

"This company is terrible. They consistently deduct fuel costs, initially for 100-200 liters, now for 500-600 liters. It's a family business, and the bald manager facilitates this after fueling. Experienced drivers are fine, but new drivers are constantly blamed for driving errors and fuel inefficiency. The truck fleet is old and poorly maintained; maintenance requests are ignored and costs are charged to drivers. The company refuses to disclose its calculation methods."
