However, there were deductions for pallets (apparently a German issue) and alleged lateness penalties from logistics company Schenker, which were actually the manager's fault."

The schedule is clear, and they warn you how long you'll be driving. There were times they asked to drive longer. When it was necessary to return home urgently, they changed routes without questions, although it took 7 weeks at home to catch up on the schedule."
