"I've worked at Kamide for 4 years and have no complaints. Accidents happen, as they do in all Lithuanian companies, and franchise fees are deducted. Rates have changed a few times this year, and I disagree with the owner's decisions. I considered leaving, but the situation improved since January 9th when rates were raised to €80 plus a bonus. Those who claim the company is terrible and had deductions are likely at fault themselves."
"I've been working here for over 3 years and have no problems; everything is good. Thomas is a good manager."
"I've worked at Kamida for over a year and am from Gomel. After reading the reviews, I can honestly say that if you work diligently, there are no problems and you receive your pay."
"I've been with Kamida since November last year and currently earned over 2000 euros. There were some initial adjustments, but things improved. It's important to always track your earnings, as the accounting department sometimes makes mistakes. However, we're patient and meticulous and won't give up our money easily."
"Kamida is a terrible company to work for. There's high turnover, and the pay is low, starting at 35 euros for two weeks for inexperienced drivers, then increasing to 40 euros. They charge 600 euros for training plus additional fees, and managers treat drivers poorly when they're on the road."
"A young, inexperienced but capable driver was recommended to Kamida. Issues arose during contract signing regarding a driver's manual, which the company charged an exorbitant price for. After a week of training, a colleague assaulted him, damaging his belongings and threatening violence. He left the situation without escalating it. Kamida initially provided basic support but abruptly terminated his employment and then demanded payment for training, despite the traumatic experience. This driver's experience was extremely negative."
"Don't believe a word of what managers and leadership say or promise. Those who work there and are planning to leave Kamida, my advice is to not try to leave normally. Leave only after the money is transferred to your card. Darius's stories about understanding each other are just words. Due to family circumstances, I had to resign. I honestly went to Kaunas, wrote a resignation letter... They didn't give me any money (about 1600 remained). They didn't give me the chip (you'll come back in a week to pick it up)."
"KAMIDA withholds paid funds. This company is a scam. I don't know Darius, so I can't comment on him."
"Kamida is the worst company in Lithuania. I worked a term on containers and they didn't pay most of my salary. Do not go there under any circumstances; they are scammers."
"This company is appalling. They treat drivers terribly and fail to pay them what they're owed. They force drivers to purchase expensive training materials and sign documents that can lead to debt collection issues after termination."
