"Drivers earn 420-460 zΕoty per day plus bonuses. The company, KK Group based in Leszno, Poland, offers jobs for drivers with C+E category for EU territory. Routes primarily involve Germany and Italy. The company has been operating for 14 years with a fleet of 70 trucks, including curtain and refrigerator trailers. Trucks are Mercedes. They guarantee stable work, daily rate of 420-460 zΕoty, full social package (Umowa o pracΔ), assistance with replacing code 95 with a plastic card and driver's licenses, help with residence card application, assistance with all necessary documents, and free housing and parking for drivers."
"This company is highly problematic. They misrepresent the logistics, with most loads being Amazon deliveries involving nighttime driving. Expect frequent trailer swaps, sometimes four a day. Dispatchers are overly deferential and prioritize the company above driver needs. Disobeying dispatch instructions leads to retaliation and potential termination without warning. Vehicle maintenance is neglected; repairs are delayed. The only positive is timely payment."
"Do not be fooled by this company!!!"
"I completely agree with the previous reviewer (Alexs Alexs). What they wrote is the absolute truth! This list could go on and on."
"This company is terrible. Drivers feel like slaves, with constant calls and messages, even while driving. High turnover rate, with the logistics team always being right and dissent leading to immediate termination. Work conditions are awful, especially during peak seasons like November and December, with drivers often handling loads alone and being penalized for delays. Frequent trailer issues and constant interruptions during loading/unloading are common."
"I worked at this company for 2 years and left due to a move to the USA; I would have stayed otherwise. Things have changed since the last comments two years ago. Positives include not being left alone with problems, as dispatchers work around the clock, the trucks are well-maintained and the fleet is constantly updated, and there are no issues with the schedule β you drive as much as you want. Documents are processed quickly, you don't drive on minimal fuel, fines are paid, and you don't have to worry about them. I had no problems with dispatch. The downside is that it's tough during the Amazon season, but they compensate for it financially. You need to leave on time to get paid; it's about results. There were no salary delays in 2 years."
