"Drove throughout Europe, everything was as expected. Pay is reliable and delivered as agreed. Trucks are well-maintained and in good condition."
"I've had no problems with this company. The trucks are well-maintained, and the routes are good. Pay is always on time."
"They deduct for everything; even missing bolts were charged. Read reviews before joining this unreliable company. Don't listen to Lilia, as she'll direct all questions to the boss after you're hired and always blames the driver. Only national routes are available, with a maximum load of 3.5 tons. Read carefully and protect yourself."
"The director is unprofessional and treats drivers poorly, exploiting them. Working conditions are terrible, including sleeping arrangements. Drivers are restricted from taking documents home. The company's practices are questionable and involve upfront fees. The director is verbally abusive, and some employees attempt to cover up these issues. It's best to avoid contact with these individuals."
"I confirm what everyone else says, except for Vidasa. This is the worst company. Do not go to work there. You will be scammed. You'll only waste your time and nerves. Even the Lithuanians left. It's a shame. It would be good if the police checked the trucks, for example, looked into the tachograph memory to see how skillfully it was reprogrammed."
"Initially, this company seemed unclear and only hires drivers without experience, likely to profit from their mistakes. We anticipate reviews from those negatively impacted by this firm."
"Worked for 4 months and only received 1000 euros. Trucks have tampered ELDs, no regard for rest periods, schedules are ignored, and penalties can reach 6000 euros. The director avoids responsibility, uses bribes, and operates primarily on national highways. They deduct every penny, parking is only available during loading, the cab is cramped, and paid parking is unavailable. The director is immature and disregards laws, frequently sets up drivers. There's a TV 3 news report showing him forcing drivers to sign documents in Lithuanian for 2000 euros, which is then used against them upon termination. Driver cards (95 code) are withheld even upon termination to prevent reporting to authorities. Many drivers leave everything behind just to escape. There's a core group of good employees, but it's nearly impossible to join. Others rotate frequently, often waiting months or years for payment, with invented fines and a lack of insurance, including CMR insurance for auto transporters. Often tran"
"I lasted only 3 weeks of training. I have experience driving trucks in Europe."
"I contacted this company, intending to find work. Several things raised concerns during communication. The contract was in Lithuanian and lasts for two years, with a €2000 penalty for leaving early. Payment is per kilometer, with no orders meaning no pay. You cover your own 45 and 24 hours. You're responsible for cargo defects, incurring a €110 fee per defect, even with insurance. The system is designed to exploit drivers. Do not recommend. Respect yourself and ensure others respect you."
"Colleagues, I haven't worked for this company but I've been reading reviews. It appears Lithuanian carriers are profiting from Ukrainian drivers. Managers claim drivers lack experience, but those who gained experience will soon leave. During an interview, I inquired about a road closure due to a bridge collapse and was instructed to stop on the highway and call a manager for approval – a ridiculous response!"
