"I regret not paying attention to previous reviews. I worked for this company across three assignments and wish I had left sooner. I confirm everything other drivers have said. The 'team' is problematic; colleagues bring gifts for dispatchers to try and get a newer truck (with mileage between 300,000 and 450,000 km) or a newer route, as most other trucks are manual and nearing 1 million km. The service quality is nonexistent. They ask drivers about safety needs, but ignore them. Tires are bald, air lines leak, the AC and heater don't work, and repairs are never completed. Drivers replace wheels and batteries on the road. Many parts are held together with blue tape and plastic ties. Getting paid is a constant issue. The company website shows newer Mercedes trucks, but drivers operate Volvos E5 and Man models."
"The company is difficult; payments are frequently withheld, and the owner avoids paying the full amount. They invent reasons like engine issues to avoid responsibility. I worked three contracts and left. They also retroactively adjust pay, changing agreed-upon rates. Avoid this company."
"The trucks and trailers are old, and management tries to cut corners on everything. I wouldn't recommend working here."
"Don't be fooled by the high salary; they'll deduct it all by the end. The trucks are poorly maintained. Poland is seen only once a year. The owner promises a lot, but the office strips you bare according to his instructions. They deduct mileage, fuel, phone expenses, etc. Drivers are disposable; the boss doesn't care who they deduct from. The company's policies are unpleasant, and they openly admit they don't keep drivers."
"I agree with my colleagues' comments. The company has a small fleet of around 18-20 trucks, which frequently changes due to breakdowns. Bedbugs even appeared in one truck! After two years, the owner didn't even remember my name. The trailers are old, cranes are broken, axles don't work. ABS, Webasto, wheels, cab cushions, tanks – everything is replaced by drivers on the road. Wheel sizes are mismatched, not only on the trailer axles but also on the tractor's front axle! They initially tell you a fairytale; your first assignment puts you in a new truck (MAN E6 manual, 5 in the fleet). If you complain, your next assignment will be a Volvo E5 with a broken Webasto, and so on. A great place for extreme enthusiasts!"
