"After working for this company for about two years, I'll share an honest review. The pay is among the highest compared to other companies, and payments are always on time. The accounting department is responsive and provides detailed explanations when needed. The truck fleet is modern and regularly maintained. There's a company hostel nearby (deducted from pay), and a good hotel is within walking distance, but it's expensive. A second base with fuel and a wash is located four kilometers away; a laundry facility would be a great addition. The team is generally friendly, although there are a few exceptions."
"Since January 2023, I've worked at this company as a driver. The company's response to me, from dispatchers to administration, has always been responsive. My pay has always been on time, and everything promised by management has been fulfilled. Work is generally very smooth."
"I've been with Janas Logistics for almost a year. It's a great company for drivers! Pay is always on time – the 10th of the month without delays, and vacation and sick leave are officially paid. The trucks are in good condition and assigned to drivers. Maintenance is taken care of, and issues are quickly resolved if reported promptly. The team is excellent: management, dispatchers, mechanics, and accounting all perform at a high level. There are no strict schedules – you decide how long to be on the road. Transfers and overnight trips are rare. If you're a responsible driver, value stability and respect – come here without hesitation. I recommend it!"
"I've worked at this company since 2018, initially as a mechanic for two years, then in an administrative role for another two. It's a very good company, and I'm satisfied with my job supporting drivers and providing technical assistance. Pay is always on time, deposited into my bank account on the 10th of each month."
"Run away as quickly as possible! They use Daimler and Volvo trucks, which are a constant headache. The logistics are Polish and only care about their own interests, constantly lying about everything! Don't believe a word, you're always rushed, there's a huge pile of paperwork that smells awful even as far as Yahodyn!"
"I worked at this company for a little over a year and it was a terrible experience. You can wait for a truck for days, even two weeks. They charge 70 złoty per day for accommodation when you're sent to Poland, and you don't get paid. You might drive for two weeks, then have your truck taken away and wait for another one. They might offer work in Poland in old, smelly vehicles, where the dispatcher (the boss himself) forces drivers to violate tachographs. Pay is 50 grosz per kilometer. When you finally get a good assignment, you'll drive a minimum of 13,000 km per month for 10 working hours, and they force you to violate tachographs. When it's time for payday, you'll likely be shorted. The main dispatcher, Łukasz, and almost all the dispatchers are rude and treat drivers like dirt, constantly lying and telling you what you "must" do. If you plan a trip home, you might wait a week or two and listen to excuses. If you have questions about the truck's condition, the answer will always be ""
"I am filing a complaint against my employer, who has not paid my salary since August 2020. The company is violating labor laws regarding salary payments. After a trip to Belgium, my supervisor accused me of an offense and raised his voice in front of colleagues, threatening to deduct a fine from my salary. I worked for several months without pay, and when I inquired about the alleged offense, my supervisor was always dismissive. I was later shown a letter from Belgium which I suspect is fraudulent, as it appeared suspiciously quickly after I mentioned filing a complaint. I feel pressured and request an investigation into the company's payroll practices and the authenticity of the letter."
