"I worked as a driver for this trucking company and I'm very happy. The management is good, and the team atmosphere is really positive. The vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced, which contributes to a comfortable and safe working environment. The pay is fair and always paid on time. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and reliable job in transportation."
"I had no experience and applied by email, and they agreed to hire me. I arrived and waited a week in a hostel, then was supposed to be paired with a mentor for training, but instead, I was assigned to someone else. The internship lasted 4 weeks (for 1400 zlotys, or 50 zlotys a day). During the internship, I scratched the right step and the wheel cover. Regarding deductions: they deduct 100 zlotys for the hostel each period and 60 zlotys for insurance. Damage over 500 zlotys is covered by insurance, and you pay up to 500 zlotys yourself. At the end of the internship, I was sent back to base to take a driving test, but I never got to take it and was sent home. In total, 6 weeks were spent almost in vain. After 4 weeks on the road, including damages, I was paid 1000 zlotys, even though they said their insurance would cover the damages and there would be no penalties. They may have deducted 240 zlotys for something else (boots and helmet). So, if you think you'll get hired without experien"
"I was recommended this company. The contact person, Lida, seemed very pleasant on the phone, but the reality was a complete mess. Upon arrival at the hostel, I discovered a month-long internship was required in a double-manned truck for only 200 euros a month! Shifts were 21 hours long, with 12,000 km of driving for a bag of crackers! Despite my three years of experience in the EU, I was completely misled. They didn't mention the internship upfront; we only found out after arriving. Avoid this company at all costs. Don't believe a word they say. They are constantly hiring because people are leaving due to the difficult conditions. The walk from the train station to the hostel and then to the company is inconvenient, especially with luggage, and no transportation is provided."
"After two stints, I have no desire to work here again. The only positive is that they pay if you work correctly. Dispatchers force overtime, despite initial promises of work within Tahoe and similar areas. Expeditors add three or four loading/unloading points per day. Maintenance isn't prioritized; don't expect it. Early shift completion results in fines, and failure to meet hours leads to pressure. Conditions vary. There's favoritism and snitching, which is common everywhere. They only appreciate those who work silently and comply with their requests. Long-time employees say the company isn't what it used to be; it's become a processing plant. They hire anyone from various CIS countries. Hostel conditions can be chaotic. It's still suitable for gaining experience in Europe, but they dilute the team with diverse hires to get rid of experienced drivers who try to enforce their own standards. The management is experienced and intelligent, but the drivers are treated as expendable labor. "
"Having worked here for a year, I've gained experience in Europe, but the company has deteriorated. They still pay, but penalties for mistakes persist. The pay is 350 złoty per week for training and 270 złoty per day. Overtime is common. The company promises to cover fines, but they don't care about you. If you incur a large fine, they'll dismiss you and blame you. They'll simply replace you with the next available driver. It's still okay for gaining initial experience, but be mindful of whether you work legally or with violations."
