"I've been with the company since it was An-Ro. Like many companies, there are pros and cons. However, compared to the five other companies I've worked for, this one is the best. It depends on the driver, their performance, and fulfilling their duties. If everything is done correctly, there won't be any issues. We've agreed with management – I fulfill my obligations, and they uphold their promises. I've been working in Europe since 2017, almost 7 years with this company, and I’ll continue as long as the conditions are met."

"This company is poorly managed and unreliable. The owner promises much but fails to deliver, especially when it comes to payments. The director, Michal B, is dishonest and provides inaccurate information. Pay is unpredictable and documentation is nonexistent. Contracts are primarily verbal, with frequent changes and withheld bonuses. Wage increases are slow and require travel to Legnica. Trucks are decent but trailers are often old and malfunctioning. Routes primarily involve hauling waste from Switzerland. The yard is cramped and dirty. Dispatchers vary in quality. Paperwork processing is significantly delayed, leading to financial strain. Overall, this is a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend it."

"They treat you like a fool. Promises are made but the reality is a lie! Vehicle repairs are neglected; you're expected to load before repairs are done. Pay is inconsistent and varies greatly between drivers. Refueling is a constant issue due to lack of funds. The company is failing. My advice: avoid Legnica "ISOSWISS"."
