"The company used to be good and difficult to get into (until around 2024), but things have changed drastically. The team used to be close-knit, now it feels chaotic and disorganized."
"I worked for this company in 2024-2025. My experience was negative due to a combination of violations and problems encountered."
"This company is not suitable for professional drivers. Many issues exist, including a lack of respect for drivers, tire problems, deceptive practices regarding parking, significant pay delays and incomplete payments with false excuses about the bank, constant debt of at least two weeks, and work that isn't worth the pay. Multiple loads and unloads daily, damaged trailers and equipment, and drivers are expected to maximize mileage without reimbursement for paid parking. There's a lot of undisclosed information during hiring. Strongly not recommended."
"Trucks are a mixed bag – some newer, others with over 700,000 km. Maintenance is difficult to obtain. Trailers are often worn with many parts needing replacement. Delivery deadlines are unrealistic, with an expected average speed of 80 km/h. Drivers are often penalized for delays and work long hours, frequently on weekends. Parking is limited to industrial areas. Pay is frequently delayed beyond the promised date. A problematic supervisor, 'Vova', creates a hostile work environment, blames drivers for issues, and threatens penalties. Many colleagues have left due to these issues. Overall, the work is manageable, but the driver left due to the supervisor's behavior."
"The driver criticizes a manager named Volodya, stating he causes high turnover and conflicts due to his interference and lack of helpfulness. The work is demanding, primarily involving Germany deliveries after 7 PM. The driver believes the pay should be €120 per day without the manager's involvement."
"Working with IndividualE involves dealing with difficult individuals. The crane operator, Vladimir, deserves a separate assessment. My advice is to avoid this company."
"The company has declined significantly and is now very poor. Anyone claiming otherwise likely has no experience or only worked in very bad conditions."
