"This company is awful. While the trucks are good, the routes are decent, and support is available 24/7, the managers are terrible, deductions are unjustified, and you might wait a week for a truck. They treat drivers as expendable."

"I worked as a reefer driver for 1.5 years. Check-in/check-out was slow due to queues and mechanic inspections, often taking 6-8 hours. Routes were generally good. I had two dispatchers, both were decent. There was a one-time deduction of 370 euros due to a promotional issue affecting many drivers, but auto-hoists were reimbursed. Service was readily available. I worked 2/1 shifts. Some colleagues experienced delays in receiving trucks. Overall, it's a good starting point, with training and mentorship. Communication with the dispatcher is mainly through a program. My main concerns were the long tenures (minimum 2 months) and a significant salary reduction after a year (apparently intended to encourage drivers to leave, due to an oversupply), which was later partially restored."

"Some terminals had decent, newer trucks, but there were seasonal rate cuts, weekly delays in departure and arrival times. They manipulate mileage records, even without fuel siphoning, fabricating discrepancies. No explanations or documentation are provided for deductions. Cadence lengths are extended. They promise 75 days but force drivers to work 90, allowing for greater opportunities to deduct funds. Drivers meticulously document everything with screenshots due to the need to prove claims. The company's organization is deteriorating, with pointless mileage and planning errors. Managers often avoid responsibility, requesting explanations even during work hours. Routes are mandatory and poorly planned, ignoring road closures. Navigation is unreliable. Colleagues from distant countries often fail to sign CMR documents."

"This company is only suitable for beginners, and they seem content with that, as pay is lower for those without experience. Roads, especially in France, are national routes with speed limits around 70 km/h. Currently, drivers are being sent to Lithuania; without a Lithuanian residence permit, they cannot operate. The company uses this as leverage, avoiding written documentation and relying on verbal communication. When questioned about needing a residence permit with a valid visa, the response was to wait another two months. Applying for a permit takes at least a month and costs approximately 700-800 euros. It's a gamble whether it's worthwhile. It's uncertain what new requirements they'll impose next."

"This company is terrible. Expect unexpected deductions of €500, repairs charged to you even when they claim otherwise, and constantly changing, unhelpful managers. Pay varies yearly, sometimes as low as €70. They may deny insurance coverage after accidents, forcing you to pay for repairs, potentially costing €500-€700. They pressured drivers to operate with faulty equipment like a broken ABS hose. Support is useless, and drivers face issues like delayed repairs, fuel deductions, paid parking, and delayed reimbursement for supplies. Truck wait times are excessive, and basic supplies are sometimes unavailable. The overall experience is overwhelmingly negative."

"Girteka consistently accuses drivers of fuel shortages, sometimes up to 500 euros, which is a common practice. They pressure drivers to violate Hours of Service regulations and may threaten to remove drivers from assignments. Pay calculations can be inaccurate, and communication is extremely difficult. The company dismissed the reviewer quickly to avoid paying out accrued vacation time. Overall, it's a deceptive operation that exploits drivers, especially for trainees."

"I worked here for a year. The training is good, and the trucks are new. Pay is in Euros and arrives on time. If you operate a reefer unit, be prepared to drive in violation of regulations and on weekends, often at night. Overall, the company is decent; I've been almost everywhere."

"It's okay for getting started. Work for 1-2 runs and look for a better company. It's only a matter of time before they burn you out or something else happens."

"This company is terrible. It took a week to process my report, and they shorted me by 600 euros. They previously tried to short me by 300 euros. I had to fight to get my money. It's a good place to gain experience, but otherwise, avoid it. There are no trucks based at home, you'll wait two months for a truck at home, and then wait 5 days to a month in Poznan. Managers invent stories, and the vehicle change shifts are 15 hours long."

"Deductions for fuel consumption started appearing. Managers arrived with column vehicles and began generating unreported income. Management clearly doesn't care about its employees."
