The positive reviews are likely from employees close to management who report back. Don't waste your time here. Initially, they promised good work and routes, but in reality, drivers are pushed to their limits, driving long distances, and the bonus system is unattainable due to constant heavy loads on national routes. Managers are unresponsive and difficult to reach."

"Overall very satisfied with the company. Routes are long, typically Spain to Holland. Fuel is not reimbursed, but good parking areas with amenities are provided. Rest stops are consistently available, allowing for 24-45 hours of downtime. The staff is helpful with paperwork."

The trucks I've driven have low mileage (under 30,000 km), and the trailers are new. I know the company staff personally, from managers to the director, allowing for direct problem resolution. The director was even very helpful, assisting with my relocation. I believe negative reviews are likely from competitors. Gineda ES is excellent."

There's minimal use of national roads, the managers are reasonable, the office staff are approachable and willing to compromise, and payments are made promptly upon arrival without any deception. Trucking is a challenging job, and sometimes companies make it more difficult, but here, everyone focuses on results and doesn't readily dismiss drivers. Because the company is small, you know all the office employees, from the manager to the director, and you can resolve any issue directly. I'm glad to work here!"
