"The company is average, with its quirks. They pay on time, the 10th of the month. There's a starting bonus of 95 euros with experience, increasing to 98 plus 1 euro per year of experience after three months, which isn't a lot considering the workload. Fuel-saving bonuses are available, but it's a lottery with a small chance of winning. The work primarily involves airport deliveries, sometimes for DHL. Delivery deadlines are tight. Work is mostly at night, and getting more than 45 minutes of sleep is rare. You might load in the middle of the night, unload, and then haul other people's trailers. As a result, you'll be exhausted and won't sleep until 3 PM. Dispatchers at the Polish base are Russian-speaking, and many in German logistics also speak Russian, which isn't a problem. Parking is at paid lots."
