Be prepared for border delays. Turnover is high; drivers are easily replaced. Expect accusations of fuel theft or trailer damage (even minor scratches) every six months. You'll be working on your days off, assisting a mechanic with loading using his chip. While you can remove your chip, you'll be present while the mechanic drives.
