"Fedko s.z.oo. is a problematic company. Management, originally from Ukraine, has driven down wages in both Ukraine and Poland. The director, named Mishko, seems self-important and the company is reportedly struggling financially, with unpaid drivers and excessive fines. Drivers work extremely long hours (15-16 hours daily) and pay for their own auto-hotels. Avoid this company."
"My employment with Fedko ended due to family circumstances, and the manager promised to rehire me if I resolve my issues. It's an average company; I worked there for a year and a half. They pay wages, and there's work available. I would have liked a higher salary, but the manager pays the regional average, which increased slightly after a year. I'd return if possible, and if not, there are other companies with similar conditions."
"I would like to share my experience working for this company."
"My initial review was accurate when I worked there, but the situation has drastically changed. I was terminated for absenteeism. After a month off, the boss offered another month, despite new drivers being employed while older ones were waiting for a new truck. I called to resign, and he suggested working two weeks, which I agreed to. However, when he said I needed to come back in two weeks for the work, we parted ways. They wouldn't let me retrieve my belongings from the office! I do not recommend this company; the boss isn't what he used to be."
"I worked for this company for a year and left in November 2022 to find a job closer to home. I gave a month's notice and received my full payment as agreed. Overall, it was a typical trucking job, primarily using curtain-side trailers, and they've recently added tankers. I occasionally chat with former colleagues, and none of them I know have complained about unpaid wages. I knew Igor A. and had no issues with him when he was my contact; he left in March and it's odd he's now complaining about missing belongings. I don't know the other person who wrote negative things, and few of my contacts know him. The restroom on the parking lot is terrible, especially on Sunday mornings, but maybe that's just part of long-haul trucking. The pay wasn't the highest, but it was always on time; I might have stayed if it were better."
"Pay is consistently shorted, with unexplained deductions. There's no clear base pay structure, and drivers are responsible for their own travel expenses. The office is disorganized and doesn't value drivers. Constant monitoring and maximum driving times are enforced. The company can terminate employment arbitrarily without cause and refuses to provide follow-up support. Verify all contract details before signing."
"The vehicle presented as my work result is not mine. Colleagues who were at the parking lot when I left can confirm the vehicle I left. It's likely the vehicle someone else used after I was dismissed, as there was no director, but driver Misha appeared. This photo shows how the company views its drivers and, generally, what kind of person you are. Advice to everyone: verify information before joining this company."
"This company is terrible. I quit after only three days, horrified by the conditions. They completely ignore hours of service regulations. You'll be loading cargo on mattresses, and short breaks are discouraged. Even eating takes only 10-15 minutes, according to them. Breaks are taken during loading, while securing cargo, so the electronic logging device can update and allow for another 4.5-hour run. All conversations with them are recorded, and a video exposing the company will soon be released on the 'Zly Dalnoboy' channel. Don't waste your time."
"This company is generally decent. The pay could be better, but things are okay. Routes run from Poland to bases, and weekends are paid at the same rate as other days. A drawback is the lack of a laundry facility - some days you're soaked with sweat after three deliveries in cities like Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen, and Dortmund. There are also days with 20-hour waits. It takes time to adjust, and three days may not be enough to fully understand the experience. Good luck to you."
"It seems like the reviewer is responding to someone else's complaint. They state they've worked for the company for a while and have seen similar situations before. They claim they've always been paid on time and are frustrated by the complainer's behavior, suggesting they should have taken a bus instead of waiting for a later trip. They accuse the complainer of dishonesty."
"This company is terrible. They exploit drivers to the fullest and then fail to pay them. The director is trying to cover up his mistakes with false posts portraying himself as a good guy and the company as legitimate. They routinely violate regulations, and cheating drivers on pay is standard practice. Drivers are treated like slaves. It's useless to report issues, as the director tries to protect himself. His wife, the accountant, manipulates paperwork to appear as if everything is in order. Don't waste your time or health here."
"This company is quite bad. The manager is dishonest and deceives people. They present transporting drivers to the trucks as a benefit, which is actually a flaw in their work organization. It's illogical to require drivers from places like LΓΌbeck to travel to Szczecin for transportation. The parking situation doesn't comply with Mobility Package regulations. Expect constant work without breaks, night driving until the last minute, leading to violations of driving regulations. They also cheated on the salary, paying half of what was promised. Avoid this company at all costs."
"A normal company. They pay on time. I've been working here for 3 years, as the director."
"I joined FEDKO in November 2021 and I haven't regretted it. The management treats employees well, and there's a close-knit team of friendly drivers. The workload is manageable, with reasonable routes and dispatchers who don't interfere. Pay is always on time and complete, with no deductions. The trucks are well-maintained and serviced regularly. Overall, I'm satisfied and don't plan to leave."
"I want to share my feedback about our company after working here for eight months."
