"The company owner is dishonest, initially claiming mileage pay then switching to per-kilometer, and consistently underpaying. Salary payments are arbitrary, with one instance of 350 zl. Specific pay rates are not provided to allow for excuses about lower pay. One dispatcher is reasonable, while the other is unprofessional, mismanaging loading/unloading times, setting unrealistic deadlines, and speaking disrespectfully to drivers. Trucks are mostly old, with Renault 460s having small cabs. There are fuel consumption norms and a ban on paid parking. I strongly advise against this company; find something better."
