"Joining this company is problematic due to a dishonest employee named Monica who steals from staff. High turnover is expected, and the pay is minimal, leading to low pension contributions. Drivers should seek alternative employment to avoid wasting time and potentially being exploited."
"I do not recommend this company. Constant lies and deception, with no respect for drivers. Everyone is only interested in their own gain, not management. There's a complete dislike of Ukrainians, both in the office and in the workshop. I lost a year of my life there, and I regret it."
"This company's promises are false, and drivers are leaving in large numbers. Wage withholding and unfair punishments are common. The company blames drivers for vehicle issues and lacks proper logistics. There's a negative atmosphere and a lack of respect for employees. It's a poorly managed operation."
"This company is suitable for new drivers willing to pay for training, but payments are often delayed. Long-term employees seem to have preferential treatment, and it's not recommended for experienced drivers who value their time and well-being."
"The reviewer strongly suggests legal action due to unpaid compensation and encourages collective action to recover funds."
"Drivers report significant and recurring issues with pay, experiencing delays of two to four months. Former employees haven't received final paychecks, and communication with payroll is difficult due to layers of management and unfulfilled promises. There's a pervasive lack of trust and honesty among office staff, impacting employee morale and creating a stressful work environment."
"I had a very positive experience working for Domo-Best. Their logistics are top-notch, the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, always finding the best solutions for employees. They were very supportive in helping me find accommodation when I started. Payments are always on time. I highly recommend this company."
"This is a very good company! I've worked here for a long time and have no complaints about the dispatch or the work. I don't recommend reading the negative reviews below! I've worked for many companies, and nowhere have I felt as comfortable as here!"
"This company's description is misleading; many drivers have left, including myself. It's based on lies and deceit. Drivers from Ukraine are disregarded and disrespected, as confirmed by colleagues still working there. The company exploits labor, with some employees working while others handle cleaning duties. I strongly advise against working here, even for an enemy."
"The company deceives drivers, doesn't pay a daily rate, but per mile. I do not recommend this company."
"I have mixed feelings about this company. Many former colleagues still work there, but I'm not returning for now. The quality of drivers is low, and the office staff is problematic – it feels like a competition rather than teamwork. Management seems out of touch with what's happening, and they don't prioritize driver retention. It's a waste of money to hire people who aren't productive; that money could be better spent on truck maintenance. Focusing on teamwork and addressing unproductive employees would be beneficial."
"I worked at Domo for 7 years, and it was initially good - a cohesive team, the workshop was fine, the warehouse was okay, and dispatch was okay, except for one person. The atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately, the company started hiring Russian-speaking employees (Ukrainian, etc.). They lacked knowledge of transportation, had bought driver's licenses, and the vehicles were damaged and poorly maintained. Polish drivers began leaving, and this group remained. Greetings to the few Polish people who are still fighting. It would be nice if it were a Polish company again."
"Recruiting through Best, this company promises high pay but delivers grueling work as a loader, handling heavy pallets (700-800kg) with minimal compensation (300-400 zlotys monthly for tail lift operation, if paid at all). Expect constant trailer changes and pallet handling, leading to disputes about shortages and blame placed on drivers."
"This reviewer expresses frustration and blames company management for salary issues, suggesting a systemic problem. They criticize the reviewer's approach to resolving the issue and question their character. The review is highly accusatory and lacks constructive feedback."
"The company started well with a good team, but it has declined since hiring Ukrainian workers. The main issue was late payments, leading drivers to leave. There's a perception of favoritism and resentment towards Ukrainians, who are treated poorly despite being reliable workers and contributing to the Polish economy. The company lacks proper management and order."
"I had a very negative experience working for this company. The constant dishonesty made it feel like a nightmare. Thankfully, I've moved on to a more respectful workplace in the same city."
"I worked for this company and would not recommend it. The logistics were poor, and the office disrespected drivers, requiring them to request earned wages. Work involved trailer handling and manual truck unloading with a tail lift for a low monthly rate. Drivers faced 3-6 daily unloadings of heavy pallets and frequently passed by shops."
"The company makes millions in profit each year, yet drivers are often unpaid for months. The owner's children enjoy a luxurious lifestyle while employees struggle. This lack of payment and disparity is illogical, and I left immediately."
"Salaries are consistently paid late, and the final salary was not received after termination."
"This company functions more like a loading service than a trucking company. The trucks are old (models from the early 80s), and unloading is entirely manual, involving tail lifts and pallet exchanges. Logistics are poorly planned, with frequent trailer changes and many vehicles in disrepair. Expect heavy manual labor rather than driving duties."
"This company operates like a financial pyramid, keeping drivers trapped with the threat of withheld pay and eventual bankruptcy. Drivers are exploited, missing important family events for minimal compensation, and management prioritizes luxury purchases over employee well-being. The author felt liberated upon leaving and urges others to fight for their worth and dignity, noting that other companies value their employees."
"This company is terrible. Drivers report significant pay issues, with some earning only a small amount (around 1000 zlotys) after working for several months. There are also complaints about unprofessional behavior from management."
"This company is a complete scam and a web of lies. The discrepancies are shocking and dishonest."
"This company is reported to be fraudulent and exploitative. Drivers consistently report non-payment of wages, deductions for minor expenses, excessive fines, and pressure to falsify records. Salaries are significantly lower than expected, requiring drivers to beg for basic necessities. The overall experience is described as deeply negative and akin to exploitation."
"My experience mirrors that of a colleague. I was hired with promises of paperwork and vehicle assignment, but vehicles are unavailable. Drivers are expected to reside at the base for a month or two, and temporary work at a car wash paying 8 zlotys per hour is the only option until vehicles become available. The company must either refund deposits or provide work."
"This company offers document assistance at a cost and unpaid internships lasting 2-3 weeks. Housing is provided during the internship and initial document processing, but a monthly fee applies afterward. Trucks are mostly MAN and Mercedes, some in poor condition. Routes cover most of Europe, excluding the Balkans, England, and Scandinavia. Logistics can be problematic, with manual unloading at stores like Jysk. Pay starts low, with potential increases based on mileage, but payments are often delayed and inconsistent. Parking is covered, but hotels are not, often requiring drivers to rest in their cabs. Overall, the company is suitable for driver training but not recommended for long-term employment."
