"The company is financially unstable, the management are dishonest, and they mislead during hiring, promising one thing and delivering another. Drivers are forced to violate hours of service regulations, operate under restrictions, and handle loading/unloading at unauthorized locations. They claim to cover fines (which is doubtful!), and the trailers are in terrible condition, practically falling apart. I was scammed upon termination. Don't waste your time with this company."
"Drivers are forced to violate regulations, frequently driving outside of designated routes. There are fees for card transfers that are not applied to the intended purpose, and paperwork is not processed. Obtaining necessary documents requires bribes. Family teams face significant challenges, including being separated for extended periods if delivery times are tight. Failure to comply results in termination and unpaid wages."
"This company employs manipulative tactics and pressures drivers to work under questionable conditions. Many drivers are from Ukraine and are exploited due to their circumstances, leading to illegal practices and document fraud. The pay is very low. Avoid this company at all costs."
"This company is poorly managed. The dispatcher Dominic makes false promises and offers low pay. Loads and deliveries are handled through external companies, often requiring nighttime driving with inadequate rest breaks. Trucks are old and unreliable. The treatment of drivers is disrespectful; management reacts aggressively to those who refuse out-of-service work. They withhold final paychecks, fabricating vehicle damage claims. High employee turnover is a significant issue. The workload is intense, with constant pressure to rush, making it a stressful experience. I strongly advise against working here."
"The contract is misrepresented; it favors informants and those who curry favor. Driving is consistently illegal, risking imprisonment and fines, while the company avoids responsibility. Contracts are framed as service agreements, preventing easy termination. Weekend travel to the base is promised but unpaid. They withhold pay if they suspect an employee is leaving. Trucks are old and trailers are in terrible condition. Avoid this company."
"The team is young and energetic, and the logistics department consists of young people. The trucks are DAF 2020 models and Renaults. They pay salaries on time. It's a double crew, with constant driving without stops. The logistics department puts a lot of pressure on drivers, creating a schedule that makes it difficult to meet loading/unloading times, especially on long-haul routes. Drivers jokingly refer to the company as 'autists.' Night driving, routes to Amazon."
"I can say that this company's pay is very low. They want you to operate illegally. You unload during your break, and you have to beg for your pay, requiring excessive effort to get a daily rate increase. They cheat on payments. I currently work for a very good company with 420 Polish Zloty per day, no one is pushed around, payments are on time, and if there's a delay, the manager communicates it."
