"Paychecks are consistently delayed, often up to two months behind. Drivers are paid in early May for work done in March, disregarding Polish law requiring payment within 10 days of the month's end. Expect frequent nighttime driving, potentially working exclusively overnight shifts for extended periods. Logisticians sometimes pressure drivers to violate Hours of Service regulations, with reduced daily pay (300 PLN) for non-compliance."
"I do not recommend working here. Drivers are not treated with respect; dispatchers are unresponsive and make you wait, sometimes for hours. You're told to wait for assignments without breaks, and then immediately sent back to work. Maintenance is unavailable at the base. Vehicles and trailers must be carefully inspected, as you may be falsely blamed for damage and charged thousands of złoty. A colleague was accused of an accident and charged for a damaged headlight. If you enjoy being subservient, the runs and trucks may seem good, but be cautious about what you say to other drivers due to office informants."
"I want to share my experience working at DAWMET bobrovniky. Overall, it was a positive experience."
