"The company is good, but there's a lack of discipline; not all drivers clean their trucks, and that's considered normal. The company is centrally located, without a dedicated yard, but there are parking areas for trucks. There's a house for overnight stays. Expect extensive driving (90 hours constantly), transporting furniture panels to Italy, Germany, Holland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Austria, with a load along the way. The weight is always 24 tons, paid in Polish Zloty, with a daily rate plus a small fuel and mileage bonus (11000). Driver shifts are 45, and if outside of Poland, hotel accommodations are provided. There's a lack of teamwork; drivers manage their own time."
