"Everything here is very disappointing. They constantly ask drivers to violate regulations, and there's a complete lack of respect. The managers are unhelpful and seem powerless to resolve issues, appearing ignorant and incompetent. Working here will likely lead to increased expenses for medication and stress relief."
"This company is interesting, operating under several logistics providers like BT. Expect a challenging lifestyle, often driving through rural areas for small loads. The company's motto is heavily emphasized. There's a lack of understanding of regulations (RTO) from the logistics team, with frequent route changes despite road closures. The main manager overrides traffic restrictions, demands long shifts followed by requests to break rules, and questions excessive wait times. Night departures are common. Complaining is met with defensiveness and pressure to conform. Salary calculations require constant monitoring, and recent payment delays have occurred. Tires are often bare, service requests are ignored, and drivers are expected to handle loading, translation, and conflict resolution. Loading issues are frequent, and early arrivals at terminals are met with delays. The advertised experience of managers is misleading, with only one performing well. "This company is terrible. The previous reviews were even positive. Management is self-serving and unresponsive. Initially, I was told I'd haul metal coils and cardboard to a single client with simple loading and unloading. However, I quickly faced issues like unloading in central Paris construction sites, pallet exchanges with extra charges, and being pressured to violate driving hours. They often require overtime and claim to cover fines, but parking is at inconvenient locations. A German line was added, involving excessive distances and frequent loading/unloading. Drivers are treated poorly, forced to eat on the go, and work on dangerous roads. Load management is chaotic, requiring constant measurements. Mechanics have limited knowledge. Drivers are often unfairly penalized for fines, and vacation pay was withheld until an inspection was filed. This is not a place for inexperienced drivers; experienced drivers will find better companies that respect their employees."
