"This company (a Polish branch of Austrian Braun in Lauterach, AT-6923) is mediocre. The paperwork takes a month. There are no decent facilities for drivers in Austria (a terrible shower and toilet for many trucks, no laundry). The truck's equipment is lacking (changing a wheel is a problem, having two fire extinguishers is a problem, trailer corners are a problem, technical inspection is a problem, oil leaks onto the asphalt is a problem). It's easy to shift the blame onto drivers (e.g., transporting waste paper from Germany to Austria, then being told to go to the Austrian base to get the documents for the cargo). The dispatchers are lazy and only give loading/unloading addresses."
