"My colleague highly recommends the opportunity to work internationally, but regional routes are poorly compensated at 0.30 per kilometer with a daily limit of 300 kilometers. The trucks are in very poor condition, with frequent breakdowns. Overnight stays are costly, and the company's treatment of drivers is disrespectful and dishonest, often denying deserved compensation."
"This company offers regional and international routes, primarily employing drivers from Ukraine. The pay is decent, around 4500-5000 zl per month for beginners, with plenty of free time. They hire inexperienced drivers and provide training. Trucks aren't new, which is a positive as repairs are cheaper. Routes are well-established and predictable, making navigation easy. The dispatcher, Leshik, is considered reliable. European pay averages around 1900€ per month with low turnover."
"This company is highly problematic. Management is unprofessional and deceptive, frequently changing agreements and extending internships beyond what was promised. Truck maintenance is poor, and drivers may face unexpected delays. Expect abrupt changes to work schedules and potential wage reductions. Many drivers have left and advise against working here."
