"Don't be fooled by their promises. This company is terrible. They initially offer 72 euros but end up paying around 65. Don't waste your time, avoid them."
"I strongly advise against this company. I contacted Baltic Line, and the manager, Diana, provided a detailed explanation. I submitted my migration documents on December 7th, located in Mariampol. Diana promised I would be dispatched on December 22nd. They needed to replace another driver due to a dental issue, lasting for two weeks. On December 15th, another potential driver and I visited their office. Diana reassured me I would be dispatched on December 22nd."
"Scammers, stay away from this company."
"I'm reporting that Russian drivers are not being accepted. This may be related to a new law."
"I worked for this company for two years. Initially, things were reasonable, but after a year, it turned into a typical Lithuanian trucking company. They charge for even minor scratches, claiming they'll paint the entire part when the scratch is only about 1 mm. A scratch like that cost me 170 euros. If anything breaks, you're responsible for the cost, but the mechanic Darijus has a habit of charging 3-4 times the actual price. I personally called the service where they buy parts in Vilnius to check prices, but he ignores that and charges several times more and the parts aren't even replaced. They charge for excessive idling, even though there are no clear standards, and also promote eco-driving. They never charged me for excessive idling, but they did charge my colleagues."
