"The company is terrible. As of September 2023, management prohibits any breaks at Autohofs with any loads, leading to overtime in Tahoe. Loading is often in the afternoon, frequently after 5:00 PM. Drivers are loaded around 9:00-10:00 PM and then parked overnight. They are also forced to take two 24-hour breaks without returning to a nonexistent base. Your belongings are stored in a metal container when you're on vacation. Drivers handle repairs like battery replacement and tire changes."

"They no longer treat drivers with respect. Weekends and holidays are not paid. Truck stops are at the driver's expense."

"The pay is average for Poland, and there's low turnover, likely due to some drivers' unwillingness to work hard. The company fulfills its obligations completely, though with a few quirks. Downsides include primarily driving in Germany and loads being assigned later in the day, often leading to insufficient working hours. Overall, it's a decent company for those who are willing to work, and those who seek better options will likely find them elsewhere. A rating of 9 out of 10."

"Pay is $400 USD per day, paid to the card on the 10th of each month. Deductions are made for vehicle/trailer damage, speeding violations, but not for fuel. Work is primarily in Germany, with opportunities for cabotage mandates. Freight is urgent, sometimes requiring drivers to wait a day or depart in the evening. Daily loading and unloading. The fleet consists of approximately 30 MAN/SCANIA Euro 6 trucks, some newer, but most with over 500,000 km. Vehicles are accepted on the road, no base. The code of conduct lasts 2 months, rest is at driver's discretion. The workforce is mostly Ukrainian and Belarusian. A negative is the Russian-speaking flatterers, with whom it is best not to communicate."

"I can add to the above. I have experience working for this company. Loads are often hot, meaning they load after lunch and you drive through the night, finding a place to park later. They also want you to be as close as possible to the delivery location. Fifteen hours of work for three days in a row is normal. They frequently haul Amazon at night (and of course, no one is paid for those night hours). You can only stop at truck stops if you're loaded with cargo that could be stolen. Documents must be sent by mail every week. You can't request tire replacements; they wait until they blow, especially on the trailer. The same goes for batteries. Part of the salary is paid by card, part in cash, which isn't officially recorded and will affect pension contributions."
