Home time is inconsistent. There are no bonuses anymore. Drivers frequently leave."

Frequent breakdowns. The Polish drivers get the good trucks. Nothing you say affects the boss. It's impossible to prove anything. They don't pay at the base. Even if you have 7 hours of driving on Saturday, but you go to the base, weekends are not paid. They squeeze everything they can out of the driver."
