"Worked at this company for 4 months. The management is from Belarus, despite the company being Polish. Routes involve Russia, and the system relies heavily on manipulating logs. Payments are made once a month on the 25th, but are frequently delayed. The director, Andrei, is often unavailable around payday, citing numerous commitments and constant postponements. There are constant financial issues, not only with regular pay but also with agency fees – sometimes the transfers are blocked, sometimes forgotten. I've paid out of my own pocket a couple of times and now regret it, as I haven't received either my salary or agency reimbursements."
