"This is a small family company with approximately 10 trucks. They claim to have been working with Ukrainian drivers for 20 years. While they handle necessary paperwork when it suits them, you must request it. Pay is delivered in cash upon arrival at the base (I was the only one who requested it via bank transfer). Experience improves with tenure. Compliance leads to positive experiences, but non-compliance results in threats and potential withholding of pay or impounded vehicles. I had to involve the police to retrieve my vehicle. Expenses incurred by the company are forced to be repaid. Termination can occur under false pretenses and with severe consequences. I do not recommend this company; avoid it."
