"Before joining, think a hundred times. The director seems to have mental health issues and an inflated ego. The treatment of drivers and people in general is disrespectful. Pay is unreliable, promising $80-$90 but paying arbitrarily. Expect frequent violations, with over 90-hour weeks considered normal. Rest hours are often missed, and the director suggests paying fines if caught. Home time can be weeks apart. Routes involve multiple drop-offs (up to 12). All Saturdays are worked. The company retains a significant amount ($700) upon completion of a route, and receiving it upon leaving can be difficult. Obtaining final pay requires a lengthy office visit filled with irrelevant conversations. Leaving the company is difficult, potentially involving immigration issues. Driver chip cards are kept by the office, raising security concerns. Cards are not returned upon termination. High turnover rates indicate significant problems. Avoid this company."

"This company seems problematic. The management is reportedly unstable and disregards employee concerns, particularly those of Belarusian drivers. Work schedules are unpredictable, with home time varying significantly and often inconvenient. Pay is delayed and deductions are common, effectively reducing earnings. Truck maintenance is poor, with vehicles having high mileage. There are conflicting fuel and emissions targets. Repairs are slow, and drivers were reportedly terminated for refusing company policies. Ultimately, the reviewer advises against working here."

"The information is accurate, as stated in previous reviews. The director acts like royalty and presents himself as such. After working for over a year and a half, the schedule is supposed to be 6/3, but drivers often work 9 days straight without warning. Shift changes are announced last minute. Drivers regularly carry documents detailing RTO violations. Pay is withheld for days where violations are documented. Routes cover over 20,000 km in six weeks. A fuel surcharge of 700 euros is deducted from the first leg. Upon termination, only half pay is received, and drivers must replace their chip cards, which cannot be taken after a shift. High turnover rate with constant driver shortages."

"After over six years, the reality is very different from what management portrays. There's high turnover, similar to Girteka, with around 15-17 trucks. Experienced drivers are treated differently, and no one speaks the truth. Schedules are not as promised (6/3), and mistakes are always the driver's fault. Trucks operate unsafely, leading to violations where the driver bears the blame, risking deportation. Drivers are treated poorly, with promises unfulfilled and a lack of respect. Leaving is difficult, and the company uses intimidation tactics regarding work permits and threats. Expect deductions from pay and unpaid travel expenses. Drivers have to purchase their own supplies. Payments are delayed, and drivers are forced to endure lengthy, unproductive meetings to receive their wages. It's a stressful and unfair environment."

"After almost 3 years, the director is problematic and pay is unpredictable, often falling short of the promised 700 euros. Trucks are often in poor condition despite being Scania Top Line models, though some are newer. The company withholds driver cards when returning home and claims they are lost upon termination. Significant amounts of money were withheld from final pay. A previous employee also reported a missing chip card."
